Mr.Avinash Joshi (IAS), MD-OPaL was Chief Guest, Mr.Tribhuvan Prasad Kabra, Chairman-RR Kabel was Guest of Honour & Mr.B.Narayan, Group President (Procurement & Projects)-Reliance Industries Ltd. was Key Note Speaker.
